Nov 17, 2017 · This issue still is not solved after over a year. We have been on the phone & chats many times with no resolution. It is important to be able to run updates, check messages, edit passwords, check devices & etc. It would be nice to be able to manage this box through the "AT&T Wireless Internet Manager" as the manual says.
